No. Our software is 100% cloud (web) based. It allows 24/7/365 account and data access from any computer, tablet or smartphone, any time.
Is this software designed for my trucking school?

Where is data stored and who owns it?
Student and ALL data is YOUR PROPERTY. Which means this data is NOT shared with ANY 3rd party. Data is stored in Microsoft Azure data center with security settings that meet and exceed SOC-2 security requirements. We have both US and Canadian servers to meet Teritorial Jurisdiction requirements.
Can I track financial information?
Our software is designed to completely track EVERYTHING. From finances, billing to scheduling, documentation and other ELD requirements.
Can you process credit cards?
Yes. You can connect your merchant account directly to TruckSchoolSoftware.com and all payments will be routed to your merchant or bank account. We will automatically record all payments into each student's account. We are compatible with just about any major merchant account processor including Square, Stripe and Moneris.
Can students sign or upload their documents, and is this stored in their account?
Yes, Yes, and Yes. Students can sign all documents or securely upload any paperwok you need. All files are encrypted, stored, and automatically assigned to each student.
Can students receive automatic notifications?
Of course, both text and email. We can auto send reminders for classrooms, yard work or for on-road training. You can custom set content and when reminders go out. Student can even respond back to you via text messages.
Can you track vehicle maintenance logs?
Yes. We have an entire vehicle maintenance module where you can track all repairs and maintenance.
Can we track new student leads?
Yes. We have a module designed for this purpose. You can generate leads directly from you website and follow up with them until you convert them into a paying student.
